Therefore, the research on mainland youth films has gradually attracted attention. This article aims to analyze the spatial evolution of mainland youth films after the 1980s. First, we review the history of youth film development in mainland China and explore the influencing factors of its evolution. Then, through the analysis of representative films, the spatial evolution of mainland youth films is expounded.
