This technology has been developed for the long-distance gas pipeline anticorrosive coating survey, where external current is widely used for anticorrosive protection. It is a common practice in the town gas pipeline system that sacrificial anode is often used for catholic protection.These anodes could interfere the application of DCVG. Based on the detection principle of the DCVG technology and actual testing experience, four methods are proposed to eliminate the influence of sacrificial anode, and haven been verified in practice.
