企业收益分配问题的探究分析研究 文献

摘要随着社会的进步和经济的发展，导致收益差距的不断扩大和分配不公等问题出现，这些严重影响了我国的社会和经济的稳定发展，引起了全体社会人民的广泛关注。国家也提出了一些调整的政策，强调在经济发展的基础上，更加注重社会公平，着力提高低收益者收益水平，逐步扩大中等收益者比重，有效调节过高收益，坚决取缔非法收益，促进共同富裕。企业作为社会的一个重要组成部分，是整个社会经济发展的重要推动力，所以企业收益分配的问题注定引起人们更多地关注。本文针对企业收益分配问题，从企业分配的现状、意义入手，结合企业分配当前的实际情况，分析了当前企业分配中存在的问题，以及造成这些问题的原因，并根据问题设计了相应的解决措施，希望通过对这一系列问题的研究，加深我们对企业收益分配问题的认识，不断促进企业收益分配的完善和发展。关键词：企业收益 分配问题 分配制度 收益差距AbstractAlong with the social progress and economic development, leading to problems such as the enlargement of income gap and unfair distribution, the serious influence the stability of China's social and economic development, thus caused wide attention of the entire society people.
