Currently, it is generally believed in the medical community that bone marrow puncture examination can diagnose bone marrow micro-metastasis, but this method has high invasiveness, which is not conducive to patients' acceptance and post-treatment recovery. Therefore, the development of a non-invasive examination method is essential.This study aims to explore the feasibility of IMB combined with SEM and LSM technology in breast cancer bone marrow micro-metastasis detection. Based on these two technologies, we will develop a system that can perform non-invasive three-dimensional examination on bone marrow samples. Through the system's detection of patients, we will compare their detection results with bone marrow puncture detection results to further verify the accuracy and feasibility of the system.The expected result of this study is to establish a new method for the detection of breast cancer bone marrow micro-metastasis, which improves the accuracy and convenience of diagnosis, and also reduces unnecessary pain for patients.
