Interleukin B (ILB) is a biologically active hormone that has been shown to play an important role in various physiological and pathological states. Recent studies have found that ILB can regulate skin wound healing through the MEKK1/JNK signaling pathway. This article mainly introduces the relevant knowledge of ILB, MEKK1/JNK signaling pathway, and skin wound healing, and expounds the mechanism of MEKK1/JNK signaling pathway in regulating ILB and skin wound healing. The aim is to further explore the role and mechanism of ILB in skin wound healing, and provide theoretical basis and research ideas for the development of skin wound healing drugs.Keywords: Interleukin B; MEKK1/JNK signaling pathway; Skin wound healing; Therapeutic drugs.
