In this paper, the control system of micro electric vehicle was taken as the research object, and the design of micro electric vehicle controller, the transplantation of μC/OS-Ⅱ, code automatic generation and CCP application were mainly studied.Based on the characteristics of micro electric vehicles, a controller based on STM32F407 was designed, and hardware and software were designed. In terms of software, μC/OS-Ⅱ embedded real-time operating system was adopted to realize multitask management and improve system stability. At the same time, Simulink was used to automatically generate the code of the controller, greatly reducing the development time.
