With the increasing use of PCS, there are more and more mobile users in the network, and the effectiveness of the position updating strategy is becoming more and more important. Traditional position updating strategies usually use timing or distance-based updating methods, but these methods are not suitable for users with frequent movement. Therefore, this paper proposes a position updating strategy based on movement, which predicts the user's position based on the user's speed and direction, and updates the location information of the base station where the user is located. In addition, this paper analyzes the construction of PCS network, including network topology structure, channel allocation technology, etc., in order to better support the improved position updating strategy.【Keywords】PCS network; position updating strategy; movement prediction; construction analysis
