At present, with the intensification of market competition, the quality of plastic products has become a key factor for the company to stand out in the competition. This proposal aims to analyze the current situation of the company's quality management, propose improvement suggestions, and enhance the company's market competitiveness on the premise of ensuring the quality of products.The main methods adopted in this study include literature review, expert interviews, and questionnaire surveys. Through research on the current situation of SOWA Plastic Company's quality management, it was found that the company has formed a complete quality management system in product design, raw material procurement, and production processes. However, there are still issues that need to be improved, such as high product defect rate and insufficient awareness of employee quality. Measures to improve these issues have been proposed, such as strengthening training and strictly enforcing operating procedures.The results of this study will provide reference for the quality management work of SOWA Plastic Company and improve the company's overall market competitiveness.
