This paper will explore the inventory and replenishment model under VMI mode, and establish a model to help suppliers and customers make decisions on inventory and replenishment.This paper will use data analysis and mathematical modeling methods to study inventory and replenishment issues under VMI mode. Firstly, we will collect real data under VMI mode and use data analysis methods to analyze these data.
