In traditional orthodontic treatment, anchor tooth anchorage is generally used, but there are some problems, such as easy to fall off during the long-term treatment. Therefore, in recent years, bony anchorage orthodontic treatment has gradually been paid attention by scholars.The purpose of this study is to conduct numerical analysis on the maxillary bone implant-supported orthodontic force system to study its role and advantages and disadvantages in orthodontic treatment. First, the design and digital modeling of maxillary bone implants were carried out, and then numerical simulation analysis was carried out, including stress analysis and displacement analysis. Finally, based on the above results, the clinical application prospects and possible problems of maxillary bone implant-supported orthodontic treatment were further explored, in order to provide a certain reference for clinical orthodontic treatment.Keywords: maxillary bone implant; anchorage orthodontic treatment; numerical analysis; advantages and disadvantages discussion
