This study aims to explore the response and differentiation of different varieties of mulberry seedlings to iron deficiency stress. By placing seedlings of different varieties of mulberry trees under iron-deficient and normal growth conditions, the physiological and morphological indicators of the leaves were observed. The results showed that under iron-deficient stress, the physiological indicators such as chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate, and leaf morphology of different varieties of mulberry seedlings were significantly changed. Different varieties of seedlings responded differently to iron deficiency stress, with some varieties showing higher tolerance, while others were clearly affected by stress. Therefore, these differences can serve as the basis for variety selection and cultivation management.Keywords: Mulberry tree; Seedling; Iron deficiency; Physiological indicators; Variety difference
