The vestibular system is an important component of human balance control and plays a vital role in human movement and posture control. This study aimed to explore the effects of passive movement with different durations on the development of the vestibular system in young mice. The vestibular function was measured by the Morris water maze and other methods for mice with passive movement lasting for 10 days, 20 days, and 30 days respectively. The results showed that passive movement had a significant impact on the development of vestibular function in young mice, and the longer the duration, the more obvious the impact. The study indicated that appropriate passive movement during the young mouse period can promote the development of the vestibular system.Keyword: Passive movement; Vestibular system; Development; Young mice
