Among them, postoperative inflammatory reaction is a common complication. Propofol and sevoflurane are both commonly used anesthetics in extracorporeal circulation, but their impact on postoperative inflammatory reaction is not clear. In this study, a prospective randomized controlled trial will be conducted to compare the inflammatory reaction indicators of patients who underwent propofol or sevoflurane anesthesia after surgery, including white blood cell count, C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor, etc., to explore the effect of the two anesthetics on postoperative inflammatory reaction.
