To ensure the safety of tourists and local residents, it is necessary to plan and design disaster prevention and relief landscapes in public parks, such as the Tigers Mountain Park.Objectives:The main objective of this proposed project is to create a disaster prevention and relief landscape plan for the Tigers Mountain Park in Dongshan Island. The specific objectives are:1. To assess the potential risks posed by natural disasters such as typhoons, flooding, and landslides in the park.2. To identify and prioritize the areas in the park that need disaster prevention and relief measures.3. To propose landscape design solutions that integrate disaster prevention and relief measures with tourism and recreation functions of the park.4. To provide guidelines for the implementation and maintenance of the disaster prevention and relief landscapes in the park.Methodology:The proposed project will use a mixed-method approach, which includes both qualitative and quantitative research methods. The study will start with a literature review to determine the current knowledge and practices of landscape planning for disaster prevention and relief.
