This paper intends to establish a systematic measurement model based on regional energy and carbon emission data to conduct a comprehensive analysis and research on China's energy and carbon emissions situation.Firstly, we will build an energy consumption and carbon emission database based on regional data from different regions and fields, including China's provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities. Then, we will use data analysis methods and visualization techniques to deeply analyze the energy consumption and carbon emissions situation among different regions, and find out their underlying rules and trends.
