After collecting and analyzing experimental data under different conditions such as energy, dose, and treatment time, observing the changes in wheat morphology, growth, physiological indicators, and DNA haploid rate, studying the effect of irradiation on wheat and its mechanism.The experimental results show that after the treatment of medium-energy carbon ion beam, wheat has different degrees of influence in terms of growth delay, germination rate decrease, leaf deformation, browning, etc., and the degree of influence increases with the increase of treatment time and dose.
