High-frequency ultrasonography, pathology, and IdmRNA (Intronic Non-Coding RNA Modulator) expression are three important diagnostic methods for breast cancer. However, there is a lack of research on the correlation between these three methods in IDC.Research question/hypothesis: What are the high-frequency ultrasonography features, pathological characteristics, and IdmRNA expression of IDC, and is there a correlation between these three methods? Objectives: 1. To analyze the high-frequency ultrasonography features of IDC and compare them with the pathological characteristics.2. To investigate the IdmRNA expression of IDC and compare it with the high-frequency ultrasonography features and pathological characteristics.3. To explore the correlation between high-frequency ultrasonography features, pathological characteristics, and IdmRNA expression in IDC.Methodology:1. Participants: 100 patients with IDC confirmed by pathology will be recruited.2. High-frequency ultrasonography examination: All participants will undergo high-frequency ultrasonography examination, and the images will be analyzed and compared with the pathological characteristics.3. Pathological examination: The pathological characteristics of IDC, including tumor size, histological grade, lymph node status, and molecular subtype, will be analyzed.4. IdmRNA expression analysis: The e...
