Firstly, it introduces the application of the imaging system in industrial production and other fields, and elaborates on the importance and influencing factors of the imaging system. Then, the image plane illuminance uniformity of the imaging system is analyzed in detail, and the common detection methods and their shortcomings are pointed out. Finally, a detection method based on LED lighting distribution is proposed. By setting up an LED light source array and corresponding control circuit in the test area, various lighting conditions can be simulated in the test area.
