近年来,随着我国铁路事业的迅猛进展,铁路的运输能力得到了大幅度提升。在客运技术与速度提高的同时,作为旅客体验铁路服务的一个必要环节,售票环节的重要性也随之提高。然而大型客运站真实的售票过程极为复杂,旅客的行为受事件驱动,他们的状态在一些不均匀的离散时刻发生改变且其变化的内部 机理非常复杂,离散时间点一般不能确定,这是典型的离散事件系统,通常无法利用一般的数学方法进行描述。我们通常采纳离散事件系统仿真的方法来解决此类问题,它是解决此类问题的最有用处的方法之一。要对系统进行仿真讨论,首先就必须建立起系统的仿真模型。本文在阅读大量文献的基础上,简单介绍了离散事件系统的建模与仿真方法,并对北京西客站售票大厅建立离散事件系统仿真模型,对旅客售票过程进行了优化改善。关键词:离散事件,系统仿真AbstractIn recent years, with the rapid development of China's railway business, railway transport capacity has been improved significantly.
