Soil samples from different fertilization treatments were collected, and chemical methods and cellulase hydrolysis method were used to analyze the lignin content, composition and structure in the soil. The results showed that long-term fertilization significantly increased the lignin content in the soil, and the fertilization effect of organic and inorganic fertilizers was different. At the same time, under the influence of long-term fertilization, the lignin structure in the soil also changed. The chemical composition was mainly cellulose, and the cellulose content in the inorganic fertilizer group was significantly higher than that in the organic fertilizer group. The cellulase hydrolysis results showed that long-term fertilization had a certain impact on the activity of cellulase in the soil. The results of this study have certain reference value for in-depth understanding of the characteristics of lignin in agricultural soils and exploring the impact of fertilization on soil microorganisms.Keywords: long-term fertilization, lignin, organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer, cellulase hydrolysis
