精品文档---下载后可任意编辑雌激素硫酸转移酶和甾体硫酸酯酶在子宫内膜癌中的表达的开题报告【题目】雌激素硫酸转移酶和甾体硫酸酯酶在子宫内膜癌中的表达【摘要】子宫内膜癌是一种常见的妇科恶性肿瘤,发病率逐年上升。雌性激素的异常分泌在其中扮演了重要角色。本讨论旨在探究子宫内膜癌患者的雌激素代谢与转化机制,其中雌激素硫酸转移酶(SULT)和甾体硫酸酯酶(STS)是重要的调节因子。通过采集 50 例子宫内膜癌患者组织标本和对比组 10 例正常子宫内膜组织标本,运用免疫组化技术检测SULT1E1 和 STS 的蛋白表达水平,分析其在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其与患者临床病理特征的关系。结果显示,子宫内膜癌患者组织标本中 SULT和 STS 的表达显著高于对比组,且与患者临床病理特征如子宫内膜癌分级、深度浸润、淋巴结转移等密切相关。本讨论揭示了 SULT 和 STS 在子宫内膜癌发生和进展中的重要作用,为其治疗及预防提供了新的讨论思路。【关键词】雌激素硫酸转移酶;甾体硫酸酯酶;子宫内膜癌;免疫组化【Abstract】Endometrial cancer is a common gynecological malignant tumor, and its incidence is increasing year by year. Abnormal secretion of estrogen plays an important role in it. This study aimed to explore the estrogen metabolism and conversion mechanism of endometrial cancer patients, of which estrogen sulfotransferase (SULT) and steroid sulfatase (STS) are important regulatory factors. By collecting 50 endometrial cancer tissue specimens and 10 normal endometrial tissue specimens as control group, the protein expression levels of SULT1E1 and STS were detected by immunohistochemistry technology, and their expression in endometrial cancer and its relationship with clinical pathological features of patients were analyzed. The results showed that the expression of SULT and STS in endometrial cancer tissue specimens was significantly higher than that in control group, and was closely related to the clinical pathological features of patients such as 精品文档---下载后可任意编辑endometrial cancer grading, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, etc. This study revealed the important role of SULT and STS in the occurrence and development of endometrial cancer, providing new ideas for its treatment and prevention.【Keywords】estrogen sulfotransferase; steroid sulfatase; endometrial cancer; immunohistochemistry
