However, due to the increasingly fierce competition in the job market, the employment of college graduates faces many challenges. This study aims to analyze the employment ability structure of college graduates, explore practical problems and propose corresponding solutions.This study adopts research methods such as literature review, questionnaire survey and interview, to research the employment ability structure of college graduates. After data analysis and statistics, the employment abilities and rankings of college graduates in five aspects including professional skills, language ability, communication ability, team cooperation ability, and professional ethics are obtained.
