精品文档---下载后可任意编辑鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒 JS 株 VP2 蛋白重组腺病毒的构建及其免疫特性的开题报告【摘要】本文旨在构建鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒(infectious bursal disease virus,IBDV)JS 株 VP2 蛋白重组腺病毒,并对其免疫特性进行讨论。首先,利用 PCR 技术从 IBDV JS 株中扩增出 VP2 基因序列,并进行基因克隆和重组。然后,将重组腺病毒感染细胞,并采纳 Western blot、ELISA 等技术对 VP2 蛋白的表达进行检测。最后,将重组腺病毒免疫家鸡,检测其免疫效果。估计本讨论可为开发鸡传染性法氏囊病的新型疫苗提供一定的依据和支持。【关键词】鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒;VP2 蛋白;重组腺病毒;免疫特性【Abstract】The aim of this study is to construct a recombinant adenovirus expressing VP2 protein of infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) JS strain, and investigate its immune characteristics. Firstly, the VP2 gene sequence was amplified from IBDV JS strain by PCR, and then cloned and recombined. Secondly, the recombinant adenovirus was used to infect cells, and the expression of VP2 protein was detected by Western blot, ELISA and other technologies. Finally, the recombinant adenovirus was used to immunize chickens, and the immune effect was detected. It is expected that this study can provide a certain basis and support for the development of new vaccines for infectious bursal disease in chickens.【Keywords】infectious bursal disease virus; VP2 protein; recombinant adenovirus; immune characteristics
