精品文档---下载后可任意编辑黄土高原苹果园根区土壤微生物消长变化及对植株再植的影响的开题报告【摘要】黄土高原是我国主要果品产区之一,因其土地土层特性复杂,土壤肥力较低,环境压力大等因素,导致果园根区土壤中微生物种群的分布和活性颇为复杂,而微生物是土壤中不可或缺的重要成分,对果树的生长发育和产量质量有着直接或间接的影响,因此了解果园根区土壤微生物消长变化对果树生长的影响具有重要意义。本讨论选择了位于黄土高原的一家苹果园,通过田间取样和实验室讨论,探究了其根区土壤微生物群落的消长变化规律以及对苹果树再植的影响。讨论结果表明,果园根区土壤微生物群落具有季节性变化,在果实成熟期前后数量及多样性均有所下降,其中细菌类群落变化更加显著;而对于果树的再植,微生物数量的消耗会导致果树生长受到一定的抑制,但是有利于果实品质的提升。【关键词】黄土高原;苹果园;根区土壤微生物;消长变化;再植【Abstract】The Loess Plateau is one of the major fruit producing areas in China. Due to its complex soil layers, low soil fertility, and environmental pressure, the distribution and activity of microorganisms in the root zone soil of orchards are quite complex. Microorganisms are indispensable important components in the soil, which have direct or indirect impact on the growth and development of fruit trees and the yield and quality of fruits. Therefore, it is of great significance to understand the impact of changes in microorganisms in the root zone soil of orchards on the growth of fruit trees. In this study, a apple orchard located in the Loess Plateau was selected, and the seasonal changes and the effects on replanting of the root zone soil microbial community were explored through field sampling and laboratory research. The results showed that the microbial community in the root zone soil of the orchard has a seasonal change, and the quantity and diversity of the microbial community decrease before and after the ripening period of the fruit, among which the bacteria community changes more significantly; For the replanting of fruit trees, the consumption of microbial quantity will lead to 精品文档---下载后可任意编辑the inhibition of the growth of fruit trees, but it is conducive to the improvement of the quality of the fruit.【Keywords】Loess Plateau; apple orchard; root zone soil microorganisms; changes in growth; replanting
