In order to meet the use requirements and improve the equipment efficiency, it is necessary to carry out model and control research on the hydraulic system. Based on the MATLAB/Simulink tool, this paper models the hydraulic system, analyzes the main structure and working principle of the lifting machine hydraulic system, designs the control strategy of the hydraulic system, and completes the model simulation.In the model establishment, the mathematical model of the hydraulic system of the lifting machine is established by analyzing the hydraulic system of the lifting machine, including the physical equations and control equations of each system component.
