CHARTER OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION 欧洲联盟基本权利宪章 (2000/C 364/01) 1 PREAMBLE 前言 The peoples of Europe, in creating an ever closer union among them, are resolved to share a peaceful future based on common values. 在创设一个前所未有的紧密联盟的过程，欧洲人民决意在共同价值上共享一和平的未来。 Conscious of its spiritual and moral heritage, the Union is founded on the indivisible, universal values of human dignity, freedom, equality and solidarity; it is based on the principles of democracy and the rule of law.
