洋务企业管理制度初探武明明(历史文化与旅游学院 甘肃 张掖 734000)摘要： 19 世纪 60 年代到 90 年代，晚清洋务官僚为“自强"和“求富”，创办了一批近代化的军事和民用工业，但由于缺乏与之相适应的企业管理制度,在人事管理、企业产品的管理和分配等方面受封建衙门作风和旧式企业管理方法的影响，与现代企业管理制度相比具有浓厚的封建性。总体来看,洋务企业起点很低,弊病丛生，给企业进展带来了不利影响。关键词：洋务运动 洋务企业 洋务官僚 管理制度 An Initial Study of Westernization Enterprise Management SystemWu Mingming(Historical culture and tourism institute of Hexi university， Zhang ye, Gansu,734000 )Abstract: From the 1860’s to the 1990s ， the westernization in the Qing Dynasty established a group of monderning military civil industries in the hope of "self-improvement" and ”seek richness”， but due to a lack of corresponding enterprise management system, there are strong features of feudalism compared with modern enterprise management in personnel management, management of enterprise products and distribution etc。, which are influenced by the styles of feudal government style and the ways of old—fashioned enterprise management， and the influence of modern enterprise 。On the whole， the westernization enterprise had a low starting point and there did exist lots of malady ， which brought disadvantages to the development of enterprise.
