题目：浅谈静脉留置针常见并发症的发生原因与预防学 校：昆明医科大学海源学院姓 名：姚思颖专 业：护理学年 级：2024 级学 号:20240611105指导老师:郭蕊浅谈静脉留置针常见并发症的发生原因与预防摘要：目的 探讨静脉留置针产生并发症的原因以及相关预防措施。方法 通过 2024 年 4 月在神经外科 132 例使用留置针患者所发生的并发症以及相关护理措施进行回顾性分析.结果 在所观察的 132 例留置针患者使用过程中，有 5 例发生管路堵塞、2 例液体渗漏、2 例皮下血肿、4 例局部静脉炎,3 例穿刺部位的局部感染。结论 静脉留置针的使用过程中常见的并发症有管路堵塞、液体渗漏、皮下血肿、局部静脉炎以及穿刺部位的局部感染，这些并发症的发生与护理人员的穿刺技术、所输液体的浓度、留置针的留置时间都有关系. Abstract: Objective To investigate the causes and preventive measures of complications of venous indwelling needle.
