论文题目: 东莞 S 公司知识型员工激励机制研究 摘 要本文拟以东莞 S 服装公司为样本,以提高企业人力资源竞争力为最终目标,具体以解决企业知识型员工激励机制问题为目的,对其在物质激励、精神激励等方面作为重点研究对象。根据实际情况,综合运用多种激励机制,把激励的手段和目的结合起来,改变思维模式,真正建立起适合企业特色、时代特点和知识型员工需求的开放的激励体系,并从企业发展战略角度,提出面临问题的解决对策和建议。希望通过本文的研究,使东莞 S 公司管理者激励机制有一个更加清晰的战略指引,促使公司向更加良性的方向发展。Abstract This article is intended to Dongguan S clothing company as a sample, in order to improve the competitiveness of corporate human resources as the ultimate goal, to solve specific business problems of knowledge workers for the purpose of incentives, in terms of its material incentives, such as mental stimulation as a key study. According to the actual situation, the integrated use of a variety of incentives to encourage the means and ends together, changing the mode of thinking, to really establish a suitable business characteristics, opening the era of knowledge workers demand characteristics and incentive system, and from the perspective of enterprise development strategy proposed countermeasures and suggestions to face the problem.
