题 目:自媒体时代下政府网络监管问题研究 摘要步入二十世纪九十年代，网络信息科技的持续进步促使网络在国内得到全面扩张。民众利用实时通讯工具和论坛等模式正式提出个人诉求，表述个人对其所关注案件的心态等，进而产生了特定层面上的网络舆论。但是因为信息科技和网络使用度等部分的制约，上述阶段的网络舆情对民众生活的作用非常显著。伴随网络信息科技的持续发展以及变化，自媒体平台在网络上的顺利发展，促使民众的社交模式出现全新的变动。特别是手机以及自媒体平台的全面结合，造成后者逐渐转变成大众主要沟通方式，民众生活也出现了显著的变动。持续的信息传送直接的看法叙述、便利的互动沟通，促使自媒体平台逐渐从简单的社交平台转变成大众和政府沟通的全新方式。伴随自媒体平台的宣传和使用，社会开始步入自媒体时期，网络安全问题也开始进入大众视野，需要得到相关人员的关注。必须全面寻找符合国内发展新环境的监管方式，才可以全面维护大众对政府的监督权维护网络言论和谐发展环境，然后全面得到民众扶持，提升政府机构公信力，持续提升综合水平。 关键词：自媒体；网络监管；现状；启示；对策ABSTRACTEntered in the 1990 of the 20th century, the continuing advances in information technology to promote Internet network in China receive comprehensive development and advocacy.
