新道路交通法规对私家车司机拒绝酒后驾车的积极影响

摘 要酒后驾车是导致交通事故的重要原因之一，严重威胁到社会安全和人身生命财产安全。随着新道路交通法规出台，只有采用法律、宣传、教育等多种方式方法才能最大程度上减少酒驾现象。新道路交通法规的出台，对酒后驾车提出了新的要求，酒后驾车法律成本、经济成本、社会成本均有了显著增加，因此新道路交通法规有效抑制了私家车司机酒后驾车。本文分析了新道路交通法对酒后驾车的规定和影响，并从其他多个方面分析了如何进一步减少酒后驾车现象的出现。关键词：酒后驾车 道路交通事故 交通管理 对策IAbstractDrunk driving poses a great threat to social property and personal safety, and is one of the prominent factors that cause death in traffic accidents due to the fault of motor vehicle drivers. Through various management strategies such as legal management, technical control, economic restriction, combination of teaching and punishment, multi-party participation, complementary blocking and dredging, and taking into account people-oriented and operability, drunk driving can be reduced and road traffic safety can be guaranteed.
