摘 要互联网+背景之下幼儿教师的专业发展,会受到检索获取信息资源的能力不足、现代信息技术操作能力较弱、现代化教学手段功能认识不到位以及信息技术与教学实践的整合能力较弱等因素的影响。幼儿教师自我导向学习主动性不强、应用信息技术意识薄弱、教学反思意识不足以及信息化的专业指导环境建设不足等因素对幼儿教师的影响较大。以期通过加强对幼儿教师新理念新技术的指导、多途径丰富幼儿教师信息技术培训方式以及营造氛围浓厚的信息化专业指导环境,可以在一定程度上来提升幼儿教师的信息素养。关键词:互联网+;幼儿教师;专业发展;信息技术能力。AbstractProfessional Development of Preschool Teachers in the context of Internet + , it will be affected by such factors as insufficient ability to retrieve and obtain information resources, weak ability to operate modern information technology, inadequate understanding of the functions of modern teaching means and weak ability to integrate information technology with teaching practice.
