I摘 要儿童时期是人身体和心理发展的关键时期,良好的饮食习惯对儿童身体、心理的健康与否有着直接的关系。现低年级儿童存在着许多不良饮食习惯的问题,如:进餐不独立;用餐专注力过低;进餐时汤泡饭、含饭;偏爱甜食的不良饮食习惯的问题,而这些不良饮食习惯的危害有可能会影响孩子的一生,“进餐不独立”影响孩子动作平衡的能力;“用餐专注力过低”影响孩子肠胃蠕动和生理代谢的正常运作;“进餐时汤泡饭、含饭”容易营养不良;“甜食”容易导致蛀牙、肥胖症、糖尿病、高血压等各程度的危害,来影响儿童身体健康,进而影响儿童生长发育及脑力发育,因此,儿童健康饮食的习惯是非常重要的。然而不良饮食的原因大多是“自身因素”儿童认知意识薄弱、“社会因素”的外部环境、“家庭因素”家长的教育观念、“托管与学校因素”教师的责任心等,为了改善儿童不良饮食习惯,本文通过“社会引导”构建良好的社会环境;“家校合作以身作则”家长树立榜样、从健康出发发、控制零食、家长宣传工作和“培养儿童科学饮食习惯”用餐环境、氛围、饮食多样化、合理搭配早餐和提供热能来预防和改善低年级儿童不良饮食习惯的问题,从而促进儿童健康成长。关键词:小学 低年级儿童;不良饮食习惯;预防IIAbstractChildhood is a key period of physical and psychological development.
