体育教育-福安民俗体育“奶娘踩罡”研究论文

1摘 要本论文采用观察法、田野调查法、访谈法、文献法等研究方法。为了传承弘扬畲族巫舞《奶娘踩罡》的仪式活动。从《奶娘踩罡》表演形式的具体分析入手,探寻在畲家民俗体育的历史过程中,发现《奶娘踩罡》背后孕育着深层次的文化价值,并且呼吁对《奶娘行罡》的仪式活动进行传承[1]。以福建省福安市特有的畲族文化对《奶娘踩罡》的起源、仪式活动、时代价值、以及发展进行分析。研究结果证明“奶娘踩罡”本项活动的历史悠久，非常具有传承意义。仪式活动过程分为 3 个部分：净坛、请神、奶娘踩罡。该活动促进当地畲族的文化价值，增强当地居民体质，也促进当地经济发展趋势。关键词：民俗体育；奶娘踩罡AbstractThis paper adopts the research methods of observation, field investigation, interview and literature. In order to carry forward and carry forward the ritual activities of She nationality's Wu dance "Nan niang Stepping on Gang". Starting from the specific analysis of the performance form of "Nanny Tread on Gang", this paper explores the historical process of folk sports in the She family, finds that "Nanny Tread on Gang" breeds deep cultural values, and calls for the inheritance of the ritual activities of "Nanny Tread on Gang". This paper analyzes the origin, ritual activities, value of the times and development of "Nan niang Treading Gang" with the unique culture of She Nationality in Fu 'an City, Fujian Province. The results of the study prove that the activity of "the nurse treading on the plough" has a long history and is 2of great significance for inheritance. The ceremony was divided into three parts: cleaning the altar, asking the gods and the nurse to step on it.
