文化创新与非物质文化遗产的传承发展研究——以“西关饮食文化”为例 Research on Cultural Innovation and Inheritance and Development of Intangible Cultural Heritage——Taking "Xiguan Food Culture" as an Example 摘要西关,作为广州市荔湾区核心部分的旧称,拥有一定数量规模、有历史价值的建筑群,其中一些被选入非物质文化遗产名录。此外,西关具有不可复制的社区文化和较为完整的历史风貌。因此,西关的发展与变迁史是广州建设的一个时代缩影。口头谚语“食在广州,味在西关”的广泛流传显示出“西关美食”被群众高度认可。因此,着力宣传西关美食文化,是展现西关地方特色,承载西关非物质文化遗产的重要方式之一。本设计将以理论和实践相结合的方式。前期通过对西关的饮食文化和历史建筑的调研,以及分析其他地域的饮食文化宣传对地域的积极推动作用,总结出传承和发展“非遗”不可忽视饮食文化的推动作用。后期基于“非遗”传承和发展的视角,以西关美食为主题,并提炼出西关非物质文化遗产的建筑元素进行插画设计,并积极探索将插画和文创产品相结合来传承和发展“非遗”的有效途径,为西关非物质文化遗产的传承与发展提供新的传播媒介。关键词:饮食文化 插画设计 文创 西关非物质文化遗产广东东软学院本科毕业设计(论文)AbstractXiguan, as the old name of the core part of Liwan District in Guangzhou, has a certain number of buildings with historical value and some of them are selected into the list of intangible cultural heritage. In addition, Xiguan has a non-reproducible community culture and a relatively complete historical style. Therefore, the history of the development and changes of Xiguan is the epitome of an era of Guangzhou construction. The widespread spread of the oral proverb, "Food in Guangzhou, taste in Xiguan" shows that "Xiguan food" is highly recognized by the masses.
