万科梅沙吉林松花湖冬令营满意度调查研究摘 要：我国青少年营地是年轻人接受良好教育和能力提升的社会实践基地,青少年营地承担着保护青少年未来健康成长的重要责任，提升青少年素质的重大功能。现我国营地行业正处于高速发展阶段，我国是人口大国也因此市场很大且行业没有相关完善的机制，导致现今泥沙俱下的现象。本文是通过研究万科梅沙松花湖冬令营客户的满意度调查研究，通过因子分析法分析客户满意度得其影响客户满意度的主要因素有：影响家长有冬令营营地的安全保障、冬令营营地的导师水平、冬立营基础设施的条件、冬令营营地的服务质量、冬令营营地产品评价指标、冬令营营地的地理环境，影响营员的有冬令营营地的安全指标、冬令营营地的人员水平指标、冬令营营地产品评价指标。本文通过针对其影响因素以及文献研究对万科梅沙松花湖冬令营提出发展建议 1、增强差异化，整合营地资源，开发营地产品，2、提高导师素质，3、 构建安全保障体系，完善到个别营地，4、加强营地之间的交流，创新培训内容。希望本文的研究可以促进行业发展和丰富营地行业对客户群体的研究。关键词：冬令营；营地教育；满意度A survey on satisfaction of winter camp in meisha jilin songhua lake, vankeAbstract：China's youth camp is a social practice base for young people to receive good education and improve their ability.
