万通房地产公司员工满意度研究摘 要有研究表明,对企业效益产生影响的不仅是消费者,同时还来自于公司员工。当员工满意度高时会进发出更强烈的工作热情与激情,甚至会出现创新。反之,会出现消极怠工甚至跳槽辞职等现象,使企业付出更高的人力成本,造成企业效益下降。在日趋激烈的市场竞争下,对公司员工满意度进行研究,分析其员工满意度存在问题及其原因,针对性地提出科学合理的策略与措施,从而提高员工满意度和工作效率,能够有效促进企业战略目标实现。万通房地产公司 2010 年成立于河北省廊坊,是大型的国有房地产开发集团,主要的经营业务为房地产项目的开发,经过多年的发展,万通房地产公司已经成为廊坊市最大的房地产开发企业。但是由于万通房地产公司人力资源管理机制不够健全,企业文化建设薄弱所以导致员工的满意大大下降,不利于万通房地产公司长久的发展。所以本文以万通房地产公司为例对于该课题进行了相关的研究,以期通过本次的研究的成果能够提高员工对于企业的满意度,更好的促进万通房地产公司长久的发展。关键词:员工;满意度;人力资源管理AbstractStudies have shown that it is not only consumers who have an impact on business performance, but also employees.
