上海城市更新的问题及对策研究—以虹口区北外滩街道为例 摘 要城市发展的不同阶段由城市更新串联，随着城市化进程的不断推进，从最初的异地搬迁到货币实物安置并举再到城市更新，推动城市更新的因素逐渐增加，其辐射范围也越来越广。目前，土地资源被框定在一定范围内，如何实现城市发展的新目标，是多数城市突破传统的增量模式，在有限土地资源中寻求发展过程中的一大难题。本文对城市更新项目进行探究，且以上海虹口区北外滩街道为例，探究城市更新中存在的问题，并提出相应的策略。关键词：城市更新;城市规划;房屋改造;房屋征收;更新策略AbstractThe different stages of urban development are connected by urban renewal. With the continuous advancement of urbanization, from the initial relocation to housing collection to urban renewal, the factors that promote urban renewal are gradually increasing, and the radiation range is also wider. At present, land resources are framed within a certain range. How to achieve the new goal of urban development is the incremental mode in which most cities break through the tradition and seek to find a major problem in the development process of limited land resources.
