摘 要人力资源管理已经成为现代企业管理的核心内容之一,人力资源管理的招聘,培训,绩效考核,薪酬发放等一系列措施都是为了最大化的激励员工。实践证明,重视和加强企业人力资源管理,最大化的激励员工,对于促进企业生产经营的发展、提高企业劳动生产率、保证企业获得最大化的利益具有重要作用。本文以上海链家房地产公司为研究对象,通过对该公司销售人员薪酬激励体系的分析,根据研究探寻链家薪酬体系存在的问题,最后提出将销售人员的薪酬情况重新设计,建立科学的薪酬激励机制,以切实提高销售人员工作积极性和业务水平,为房地产公司销售人员薪酬激励提供了新的探索角度和研究方向。 关键词:薪酬管理;激励体制;企业文化IAbstractHuman resources management has become one of the core contents of modern enterprise management.
