I中文 摘要在中国当今全面进行改革和社会主义现代化建设的时候,必须把监狱改革和现代化建设作为其中一个有机的、必不可少的组成部分。现代化监狱的建设需要稳定的监狱内部环境。狱内犯罪无疑成为威胁监狱发展和稳定的重要因素。狱内犯罪行为，即罪犯在监狱接受惩罚和改造期间，继续进行符合我国刑法规定，应受刑罚处罚的危害社会的行为，它与社会犯罪行为一样，具有社会危害性、违法性和应受惩罚性。但狱内犯罪行为又不同于社会犯罪行为的突出特点，这就是犯罪内容的特殊性，犯罪条件的特殊性以及犯罪处罚的特殊性。目前狱内犯罪的种类成多样化趋势，犯罪数量也在逐年上升,严重影响了监狱正常的工作秩序。与此同时，监狱系统也正处于一个改革和发展的重要时期。而目前大部分针对狱内犯罪的侦查活动仍延续着老思路，旧方法，监狱干警业务素质得不到有效的提高，已经不再适应现阶段的具体情况。为此，有必要对当前狱内犯罪侦查活动进行探索，研究狱内犯罪侦查活动面临的新局面、新问题，为狱内犯罪侦防活动提供相应的理论指导和方法依据。关键词：IIAbstractIt is necessary to take prison reform and modernization as an organic and indispensable part of China's overall reform and socialist modernization.
