摘 要 21 世纪以来，随着乡村旅游和全域旅游的不断发展，越来越多的旅游者选择乡村民宿作为出行的住宿选择。从提高旅游者的住宿体验出发，促进乡村民宿的发展 。本文选取闽东地区乡村民宿作为研究对象，通过查阅文献、问卷调查分析等的方式对民宿住宿体验的影响因素进行深入分析。分析结果为对民宿住宿体验产生影响的因素主要有：地理位置、软硬设施、对客服务以及安全隐私。通过对影响因素的分析，再结合闽东地区实际的民宿发展情况和当地文化特色，研究闽东乡村民宿体验提升策略。得出可以通过营造民宿特色文化主题、处理好民宿主客关系、安排特色娱乐活动，民宿软硬设施管理等手段来提升旅游者的民宿住宿体验，从而促进闽东乡村民宿的发展。关键词：闽东地区；乡村民宿；民宿体验；AbstractSince the 21st century, with the continuous development of rural tourism and regional tourism, more and more tourists choose rural homestay as their accommodation choice. To improve the accommodation experience of tourists to promote the development of rural homestay. In this paper, rural home stay facilities in eastern fujian are selected as the research object, and factors influencing the residential experience of home stay facilities are deeply analyzed through literature review, questionnaire survey and analysis. According to the analysis results, the main factors influencing the homestay accommodation experience are: geographical location, soft and hard facilities, customer service and security and privacy.
