摘 要发球不仅是排球比赛的起点，也是进攻的直接手段。良好的发球技术可以直接得分，也可以打乱对手防线，从而给本队调整防守再一次组织进攻创造有利条件。2019 年女排世界杯中国女排以 11 连胜的成绩，实现了全胜夺冠的辉煌战绩。因此，本文章以 2019 年女排世界杯中中国女排与外国女排有代表性的 5 场比赛为例，采用文献资料、影像分析法、数理统计法、比较分析法等方法对 2019 年女排世界杯中外女排在比赛中的发球技术运用情况进行分析，旨在发现中国女排在比赛中存在的问题。将采集的数据整理分析后得出结果表明：强化个人发球技术，把握好每一次发球的机会，获得有效的得分；合理运用发球技巧，根据对手防守区域薄弱位置选择发球方式；保持发球稳定性，根据比赛发挥主动性；多观看其他国家女排比赛，总结学习发球技巧。关键词：2019 年女排世界杯；中国女排；发球技术AbstractServing is not only the starting point of volleyball game, but also the direct means of attack.
