北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计年产 1 万吨耐热型 PA6T/66 树脂工艺流程设计年产 1 万吨耐热型 PA6T/66 树脂工艺流程设计摘 要本设计为年产 1 万吨耐热型 PA6T/66 树脂工艺流程设计,查阅资料分析,本次流程采用间歇聚合方式,以常温水溶液聚合法合成 PA6T 盐,高温高压水溶液聚合法合成 PA6T/66 预聚物,固相缩聚合成 PA6T/66 树脂。对工艺流程中的原料,生产设备,聚合方法,分离方法进行最优选择,进行物理衡算和热量衡算确保数据准确,进行设备选型,绘制工艺流程图,厂房平面图,反应釜的剖面图和车间布置图。经过实际情况分析,建立 4 条生产线,每批生产 7575.8kgPA6T/66 树脂。其中原料的加入量为:对苯二甲酸 3321.98kg/批,己二胺 2323.77kg/批,次磷酸钠 5.65kg/批,水 1900kg/批PA66 盐 2577kg/批,抗氧剂 1010 加入 378.8kg/批。计划每天生产 1 批,一年工作 330 天,通过设备选型,得出最优的设备型号不锈钢和碳钢复合材料所制造的 GSH-6000L,搅拌桨选择为框式搅拌桨,封头选择为标准椭圆型封头过滤器的类型为压力过滤器 PP-150。经过计算,一年生产的产品总量为 10000 吨。关键词:工艺流程设计,PA6T/66, 耐热型树脂。北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Technological process design heat resistant PA6T/66 resin with unusual output of 10000 tonsAbstractThis design is the process design of heat-resistant PA6T/66 resin with an annual output of 10000 tons.
