年产两亿片阿莫西林分散片车间设计年产两亿片阿莫西林分散片车间设计阿莫西林主要是针对含致病性的敏感细菌,广泛治疗由不产生 β-内酰胺酶菌株的敏感细菌引发的呼吸道,消化道等疾病感染,具有杀菌抑菌消炎作用。另外其对支气管疾病的治疗在临床医学上更是具有显著疗效。阿莫西林分散片药物崩解时速快,药效起效更迅速,半衰期小,被人体吸收也更快,在药物服用的便捷性与安全性来讲均优于其他制剂类型,所以本文优化对年产两亿片阿莫西林分散片车间进行设计。本设计优化阿莫西林分散片的传统制造生产工艺,在生产的过程中,同时选用了交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶液和微晶纤维素作为崩解剂,使药物崩解更为高效,压片之后水分更容易渗透,也有利于药物溶出。由于颗粒的粒径大小是直接影响药物溶解的效率,因此,本设计在传统工艺的基础上做了改良,所得的颗粒更加细腻,颗粒直径大小比传统工艺制出的颗粒直径小约 3/4 倍。另外,本设计中还包含阿莫西林分散片的生产车间布置图,设计具体生产步骤,物料衡算、能量衡算,以及主要生产设备的选型。关键词:阿莫西林 分散片 车间设计 物料衡算 能量衡算Workshop design of amoxicillin dispersible tablets with annual output of 200 million piecesAbstractAmoxicillin is mainly aimed at sensitive bacteria with pathogenicity.
