This is closely related to the cost of airlines and flight safety. In this paper, from the perspective of material selection, methods and so on, the new materials are studied. This paper expounds the necessity of replacing and using new aviation materials from the aspects of performance characteristics, application status and future development trend of carbon fiber composite materials and titanium alloy. The article presents the application status of new materials in the mainstream airliner at the same time, so as to demonstrate its viewpoint. For new materials, the physical and chemical properties embodied in this paper are particularly important. Strongly promote the application of new materials in the civil aviation airliner manufacturing industry, which can also provide a guarantee for aviation safety, but also lay the foundation for the research and progress of new materials.
