摘 要本文是对船舶在进入上海港航道前利用排序论对船舶进行优化调度的排序。主要是从两个方面:第一个方面从船舶吃水、船舶种类、船舶长度、船舶总吨。其次运用层次分析法对着些因素进行加权重,再次运用专家法对着四个因素进行评分测定,最后通过分数的高低来比较这四个因素在优化调度方面影响的大小。第二个方面就是航道本身的条件,对航道的富余水深的计算,航道内潮汐变化的多少,航道内规定的航速等,在这些因素的条件下建立优化调度模型。利用加权最短加工时间优先原则,最早开始时间优先原则,构成模型算法,通过现代排序论中的窗时理论,总结出在航道内进口船舶数量最多的前提,运用优化调度排序使船舶进入港口的时间最短。结果是提高船舶在航道内通行的数量和减少船舶通过的时间。关键词:排序论,受限航道,调度,层次分析法AbstractThis paper is to sort the ship before entering Shanghai port channel by the sorting theory. Mainly from two aspects: the first aspect from the ship's draft, ship type, ship length, ship gross tonnage. Secondly, the analytic hierarchy process is used to weigh these factors, and the expert method is used to score and measure the four factors. Finally, the influence of these four factors on the optimal scheduling is compared by the score.
