社区居家养老服务的多元供给体系构建研究【摘要】：近年，中国多个城市先后积极探索实践了多元主体参与供给的社区居家养老服务模式，积极应对人口老龄化趋势日益严峻背景下的养老问题，以达到“老有所养”的境界。本研究以福利多元主义为视角，以广州市荔湾区东漖街社区居家养老服务综合平台作为个案分析，立足于社区居家养老服务现状，对政府、营利组织、非营利组织、非正式组织共同协作参与的社区居家养老服务多元供给体系进行研究分析。在实地调研中，发现多元供给主体在参与社区养老服务过程中存在许多问题，如政府职责不明、营利组织的服务内容仍有较大的改进空间、非营利组织发展受限和非正式组织的作为响应方参与积极性不足等问题。研究基于多元供给主体参与社区居家养老服务实践中存在的问题，强调将信息要素、人员要素和内容要素进行有效整合，促进我国社区居家养老服务多元供给体系的构建和完善优化。【关键词】：社区居家养老服务；多元主体供给；医养结合；福利多元主义 A study on the construction of a diversified supply system for community-based aged care services[Abstract] In recent years, many cities in China have actively explored and implemented a community home care service model with multiple subjects participating in the supply, and actively responded to the problem of old-age care under the increasingly severe background of the aging population, in order to achieve the state of “old-age support.
