1基于 BIM 技术对某青教公寓的能耗分析【摘要】近年来，由于全国各地建筑工程项目数量逐日递增，各项目规模也处于不断扩大的趋势，与此同时，环境污染以及能源短缺的问题在世界范围越发受到关注，为此，国家提出了可持续发展与绿色建筑的概念并得到了各地区的积极支持与响应。而在当前建筑行业，BIM 技术无疑是对推进绿色建筑最有效的技术手段，利用 BIM 技术能够实现项目资源的合理化使用，减少能耗，节目项目成本。本次毕业设计使用了本校青年教师公寓图纸进行了 revit 建模，然后通过使用Ecotect 软件进行温度，风向，光照等数据的分析。【关键词】BIM；绿色建筑；能耗分析 2基于 BIM 技术对某青教公寓的能耗分析Analysis of energy consumption of a youth education apartment based on BIM technologyAbstract: In recent years, due to the increasing number of construction projects across the country, the scale of each project is also expanding.
