本科论文摘 要伴随着社会经济的发展、房地产市场的进步，未来小区景观设计对于房地产项目的影响将更加明显，需要全面、充分的理论进行支持。在盘锦市昆仑千玺在区域内的品牌竞争力及影响力较高，在楼盘设计、开发过程中就得到了较多投资者及购房者的关注，希望通过本文研究对小区景观设计的背景、发展历程及现状进行分析，了解小区景观设计的历史文化。以盘锦市昆仑千玺小区景观设计为例，对小区景观设计进行充分探究，结合理论部分的介绍而形成行之有效的小区景观设计体系。通过盘锦市昆仑千玺小区景观设计的案例，进一步探索小区景观设计的发展方向，并提出未来的研究展望。关键词：小区景观；景观设计；功能区；说明本科论文本科论文AbstractWith the development of social economy and the progress of real estate market, the impact of landscape design on real estate projects will be more obvious in the future, which needs comprehensive and sufficient theoretical support. Kunlun Qianxi in Panjin City has a high brand competitiveness and influence in the region. In the process of real estate design and development, it has attracted the attention of many investors and buyers. I hope to analyze the background, development process and current situation of the community landscape design through this study, and understand the history and culture of the community landscape design. Taking the landscape design of Kunlun Qianxi community in Panjin City as an example, the landscape design of the community is fully explored and an effective landscape design system of the community is formed based on the introduction of the theoretical part.
