摘 要改革开放以后，现代工业企业进入了蓬勃发展阶段，但这对工业企业来说也是一个巨大的挑战。如果企业想要在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出，并且获得更大的经济效益，除了需要有独具有特色的产品，还要有完善的内部管理体系以及需要严格控制企业中的各项经营成本，所以成本管理就成为了各企业生存战中的后备基础。本文围绕着中小型工业企业展开分析，以沈阳市沈重烧结机设备制造厂为例，研究目的是将先进的成本管理方法运用到企业运营中，加强企业的成本管理意识，使企业有更完善的成本管理体系。从沈阳沈重烧结机制造厂的成本管理入手，总共分为四部分。第一部分主要为简述成本管理的基本理论；第二部分主要介绍沈阳沈重烧结机制造厂的成本管理现状；第三部分主要针对该企业出现的成本意识管理薄弱、成本制度不完善、成本管理方法落后不合理、成本考核流于形式这四个部分进行分析研究；第四部分通过对应国内外的相关文献进行收集、筛选和整理，研究了管理成本的办法，并针对沈阳沈重烧结机制造厂的问题提出一些建议，包括增强树立科学的成本管理手段、成本管理意识、建立赏罚分明的管理机制等。希望可以帮助沈阳沈重烧结机制造厂进一步改善成本管理方面的问题，防止造成不必要的浪费，使企业能获得更大的利益，让企业可以长久经营可持续。关键词：成本控制； 成本管理； 工业企业 Abstract After the reform and opening up, modern industrial enterprises are flourishing, but this is also a great challenge for industrial enterprises.
